Dr. Harel Arnon

Dr. Harel Arnon was admmitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2001 after receiving his LL.B. and M.A. (Phil.) (magna cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University. He clerked for Chief Justice Aharon Barak of the Supreme Court of Israel (2000-2001 Term).

Dr. Arnon completed his doctoral studies at Harvard Law School where he was a Fulbright Scholar. His book, A Theory of Direct Legislation, dealing with initiatives in the United States, was published in 2008.  His second book Land Law and International Law in Judea and Samaria (ed. with Dr. Chagai Vinitzky) was published in Israel in 2013.

Dr. Arnon gained corporate experience as an associate attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City and litigation experience as an associate attorney at Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co. in Israel. Dr. Arnon also gained extensive experience in litigating complex commercial disputes and administrative procedures in various Israeli tribunals for some of Israel's largest corporations as well as the country's most established business people.  

Dr. Arnon teaches in several law schools and is a member of the Israel Bar Association and the New York Bar.
